We are very excited to hear that you are interested in joining us for the Phoenix Ranch Writer's Retreat!

Please tell us a little bit about yourself, and then complete the registration process by clicking the button at the bottom of the form. Be sure to send us an email to let us know about any dietary restrictions or serious medical conditions you may have. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Soon, you will begin receiving emails with updates regarding final costs, travel arrangements, menu planning and other important details about the the Writer's Retreat.

How much does it cost? The Phoenix Ranch Writer's Retreat is still in the planning stages. It is our intent to keep the total cost, including airfare, under$700 (plus tax) per person! This includes your airfare from Detroit to St. Louis, your busfare from St. Louis to Phoenix Ranch, all meals at Phoenix Ranch, lodging, and all classes & class materials!! The cost for meals or snacks while traveling are your responsibility. All fees are non-refundable because we need to provide for the speaker fees, whether there are two writers attending or fifty writers attending.

Here's how we handle payments: A non-refundable deposit of $250 (per person) is due at registration time. The remainder of the non-refundable fees will be collected no later than July 1st, 2010. We'll let you know a final date to remit fees as soon as those details have been finalized.

All payments are facilitated through electronic billing and the use of our secure PayPal portal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method, and using PayPal is Free to you! We accept all major credit cards, debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, and electronic checks.
